It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Some recent purchases from Swig.  The coffee stays hot for hours in this adorable cup. I love the Christmas plaid truck design.  I'm also looking forward to drinking some cranberry wine in my
wine cup.  also, can't forget the Christmas straws!!!!!!

Project Pan: Bath and Body Works Merry Cookie

With all the options Bath and Body Works have in the Christmas collection Merry Cookie is by far my favorite.  I use it year-round.  With the ideal balance of fresh baked cookies, rich vanilla, and sparkling sugar crystals it's just about the perfect scent. It's going to be a long few months until the next Christmas collection comes out and I can repurchase.

Resolutions

Ok I know i'm late but better late than never. I think of these more as life resolutions than new years resolutions anyway.  so here we go...

1) Drink more water and less soda! I write this as I sip on a coke...FAIL!

2) Be punctual.  I am on time most of the time but I am aiming for 100%

3) Keep up to date with my writing and blogging.  I have a long list of topics I want to write about but keep procrastinating.

4) Finish my to do list.  This list never seems to go away.  I swear some things have been there forever.  I just need to find a way to permanently get rid of do laundry and clean house.

5) Work out.  Bet you'd never thought that would be on there lol.  I really got to get healthy.

6) Read more.  Yes it can be done and I will do it.  I have a goal of one day reading 100 books in a year.

7) Be less lazy.  This is why the to do list never ends

8) Work on goals.  I will never reach them if I never work on them.

Book Review: A Winter Wonderland by Fern Michaels, etc. (Anthology)

I like Fern Michaels but I will be honest I only read this book because of Leslie Meier.  If you're a fan of Leslie Meier's Lucy Stone series you won't be disappointed. The Christmas thief is short but sweet and well worth the read.  Lucy's daughter Elizabeth gets herself entangled in a mess and Mom Lucy and Miss Tilly come to the rescue.  I love the character of Miss Tilly, in my opinion one of the funniest characters in fiction.  She and Grandma Mazur from the Stephanie Plum series are absolute scene stealers.

Christmas

Getting all my decorations set up and figuring out which Christmas books to read this month. I'm thinking of reading the new Fern Michaels and Leslie Meier anthology. Leslie Meier is one of my favorites. What are some of your favorite Christmas books?
